Bridal Contract:

1. Minimum- There is a minimum of $100 for on-location services. If services do not equal $100, you will be charged the minimum.

2. Deposit- A deposit of $100 will be needed to hold the date of your event. This deposit will go towards your services on the day of the event. This deposit is refundable if you meet the cancellation requirements.

3. Cancellation- All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the event. Any cancellation made after this grace period will result in the loss of your deposit.

4. Travel- All travel over 20 miles will require a travel fee of $50. Location fees will be discussed prior to the day of the event. All parking or toll fees will be paid via cash or validation.

5. Contracted Services Per Person- You may add people up to 4 weeks before your event if time allows for hair services. You may subtract people up to 4 weeks before your event. After 4 weeks, 50% of their services will be due, within 48 hours of your event, 100% of their services will be due.

6. Booking- Brides should book their big day approximately 6 months prior. Trials should be booked 2-4 weeks prior. Trials may be booked prior to signing bridal contract, if refundable deposit is made to hold the date.

7. Add-on Hair Stylist- For parties over 5, We will be required to add-on another stylist. Add-on stylist is a flat fee of $100 as well as their travel expenses if applicable.

8. Start Times- Start times (including set-up) before 6AM will be charges a flat fee of $100.

9. Scheduling- A week prior to the event we will go over an in-depth schedule to ensure it will be a stress-free day. This schedule will help us determine a start time that works with your photographer/event coordinator. It is truly your time to relax and enjoy!
